Namaste and Greetings! Welcome to the 2013 International Conference of the India Career Development Association (ICDA). This year's conference will be held at Manav Rachna International University in Delhi. The conference is sponsored by ICDA and SANMACS INDIA with international support from the US-based National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the Career Development Alliance (CDA).

There will be many exciting and dynamic presentations, including keynotes from Dr. Rich Feller (president of NCDA and professor at Colorado State University, USA); Dr. Debra Osborn (immediate past president of NCDA and professor at Florida State University, USA); and Dr. Spencer Niles (a former president of NCDA and professor at the Pennsylvania State University, USA) and invited talks from Dr. David M Reile (CDA) and Barbara H. Suddarth (CDA).
